Well, I always go to the in-laws, so I am mostly off the hook. I always make a vegetarian, mushroom gravy though for my potatoes. I am going to get some corn going this year. I love corn on Thanksgiving, last year we didn't have any. Also, I always get some vegetarian Fri-Chik, or Loaf from the local Adventist Book Center. They relocated though, so it is a bit of a drive. They have all kinds of fake meat. I don't rely on veggie meat, but I have enjoyed it on and off. There was only one year in my whole life that I didn't eat veggie meat for Thanksgiving though and that was because of an odd set of circumstances.

I'm Canadian, so I've already had my thanksgiving, but we had Tofurkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, turnip, and green beans. Was sooo good! I ate for four! YUM!
