Vegan Dad is one of my FAVORITES! He has some really amazing recipes for making my own vegan meat substitutes! (lunch meats, sausages, pepperoni, etc). I also do my own tweaking of the recipes-like the pepperoni one-to me-is best with lots of beans in it, a less gluten, some whole wheat flour, gentler spices, cooked, and then very thin-sliced long ways (like gyro meat), and then eaten with tzatziki sauce on a pita! Or sliced just like that and heated up in a saucepan with BBQ sauce for BBQ sandwiches.
