So, to all of the vegetarians out there. If you eat eggs, Omega 3 eggs are the best. It is hard to get all of the essential oils that a body needs, esp. Omega 3. Around here (Seattle area) They sell them at Costco, 18 eggs, for just over 2.00. Esp. if they have DHA, or some other thing in them. DHA and other Omega 3 fats are essential for brains, nerve and eye function and development.

I haven't been able to find free range eggs (well the chickens not the eggs ) with omega 3, around here. I keep looking for them though. I try to use flax seeds and canola oil too keep up the omega's, it's hard though. I hope they come out with free range omegas soon!
