I envy how healthy you are!

I'm a pretty good vegetarian (when i'm not pregnant!) but not a good healthy one. Today our lunch was buttered noodles and corn. Healthy, nope, but we're totally out of good food and i need to go to the grocery store so bad! I'm procrastinating..

I might have to get the stuff to make those. I LOVE anything with chick peas!!

Are the chickpeas crunchy? I bought chicpeas to make chocolate chip cookies, but they tasted gross and were crunchy. Are they always crunchy no matter how you make them? That pic looks soooo goood!

they are not crunchy ( they are canned, not dry) but they are firmer than other beans, if that makes sense?
