I've started dehydrating a lot of fruit (at 120degrees) for the girls to snack on throughout the day and also incorporating more nuts into our diet. The girls had pistachios for the first time today and love the honey roasted sunflower seeds. Kailey loves raw almonds but Nola doesn't. I haven't made it into the kitchen yet to dehydrate some zuchinni for zuchinni chips - I was going to sprinkle garlic salt on them, still really wanting to do it!
I've never made them yet so I hope it turns out good! It does take about 24hrs. When we went shopping the next day I spent 4.5 hrs in my kitchen cutting up fruit, dehydrating it (it takes 24hrs about), and cooking/pureeing all the veggies we hide in our food.
