It is 1 sweet potato peeled and cut and steamed until soft (you can microwave if you choose) then i puree it and then mix in flour, usually about 1:1 ration of potato to flour. Then I make little pizza doughs out of it and place on a very well sprayed pan. I top with sauce and cheese or cheeze and bake until done I may in the future bake the dough first, because the last couple times it was a little moist and i do not want to burn the cheese.
I've made the sweet potato crust before. I usually do bake it for 8-10 minutes before adding toppings.
Thank you peimum for my siggie
