Yum! Lucky Zoe I wish someone would come make that for me! lol! Do you do anything to your tofu before you bake it? Like marinate it, or do you just eat it plain?

The tofu fingers were coated in a mixture of veganaise and mustard then dipped in seasoned panko crumbs

right here! LOL

It is 1 sweet potato peeled and cut and steamed until soft (you can microwave if you choose) then i puree it and then mix in flour, usually about 1:1 ration of potato to flour. Then I make little pizza doughs out of it and place on a very well sprayed pan. I top with sauce and cheese or cheeze and bake until done I may in the future bake the dough first, because the last couple times it was a little moist and i do not want to burn the cheese.

I've made the sweet potato crust before. I usually do bake it for 8-10 minutes before adding toppings.
