What have you eaten today?

Breakfast: apple, cherries, squeezed a lemon and mixed it w/ ice water.

Lunch: Romaine lettuce, zuchinni, cucumber, tomato, carrot, mushrooms, radishes, marjoram, italian seasoning, garlic salt, pepper, balsamic vinegarette, olive oil, lemon juice, avacodo and broccoli!

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, almonds, 1/2 lemon squeezed into warm water
Lunch: Polenta with Squash sauce, black bean brownies, rice crackers with chevre
Snacks: goat cheese, cantaloupe, brown rice cake with hummus

I made a pot of tea this morning with ginger and lemon peel. I've been drinking that all day.

breakfast-- oatmeal with cinnamon, agave and raisins
snack- apple
second snack- 4 ginger snaps
lunch- tempeh stroganoff

dinner will be broccoli, sweet potato and BBQ seitan. dessert, maybe greek yogurt?
