Tonight is vegie chili. Not sure what else we're having the rest of the week. My fridge is loaded though, so I can make just about anything I want.

We had chili too! And tonight was veggie lasagna. I made some black bean burgers and some pasta salad with quinoa instead of pasta. We had breakfast for dinner one night too. Nothing to creative this week

Tonight we're having a brown rice pilaf with split peas. It was supposed to have lentils in it, but I found out that I don't have lentils in the house after I started it. I'm hoping it turns out with the peas. I also roasted a bunch of veggies.

Not making black bean burgers, but I am making veggie burgers tomorrow or Friday.

I don't know. I guess they could be a type of lentil.
The dish turned out better with the peas than it does with lentils, so I made a note in my cookbook so I remember that.

Yeah they are like cousins or something.. I read that somewhere. I think lentils are more nutritious, but the pees have more flavor. I've used them in place of one another before, everything still turns out good!
