I was wondering if any of you Vegetarians/Vegans are taking B12 vitamin supplements? And if you do, how much of it?

I have that too, Red Star's, but is it enough? I don't use it often... Should I just add it to everything? I'm making a potato casserole tonight, should I add some?

is it nutritional yeast? different than bread making yeast. it has a nutty/cheesy flavor, good on popcorn and i use it to make a "cheese" sauce for pasta with soy milk (plain unsweetened) and nutritional yeast and some garlic powder and salt.

I hate nutritional yeast (I use if I have too but not so the flavor takes over kwim) I do take a vitamin B12 supplement, after I went vegan I was getting a lot of canker sores and taking the supplement has nearly stopped them. Though studies say supplementation doesn't help it works for me so I'm not stopping Fortified soy or coconut milk has 50% of B12 in one serving so its pretty easy to get.
