So no one thought last week's FOTW (asparagus) was exciting how about chickpeas? i think chickpeas are one of the most versatile foods out there. We use them 1800 different ways. I would love to see your favorite ways to use them

honestly I am not very experimental with chickpeas, I love hummus too much! I could eat my body weight in hummus if allowed

yes, we have some sabra pine nut hummus from costco in our fridge, tasty stuff!
I should clarify we use chickpeas in soups, etc but not too much as a main ingredient although I have started to make yumm sauce more

This is one that I discovered a few months back and we absolutely love it! Yum Chickpea Burgers!!

I have never made chickpea burgers, i think burgers out of all other beans but not chickpeas! LOL
