I <3 pasta and would eat it all day everyday if I could. My favorite is whole wheat noodles from traders with tomato garlic sauce over it. Ravioli is yummy too.

We are gluten free, and also love pasta, so we eat a ton of the brown rice pasta from Trader Joe's. Yum!

I love Isa Chandra's recipe for mac and cheese, or homemade tomato sauce with tofu ricotta.

I love pasta...I could eat it every day. (However, my waistline says no!) My fave thing is spaghetti primavera, which is super easy to make and takes less than half an hour:

1 head of broccoli, chopped finely (I don't use the stalks)
1 large tomato, chopped
1 medium onion, diced finely
1 green pepper, chopped finely
1 red pepper, chopped finely
4-6 fresh mushrooms, chopped finely
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. thyme
1 tbsp. olive oil

Saute all vegetables in olive oil and add spices when they have had a chance to cook for awhile. It only takes about 20 minutes to cook down into a nice pesto-like consistency. Serve over your favourite pasta (I do fettucine) and garnish with parmesan cheese. So yum, so easy, super fast!

And I if I want pasta but I am too lazy to do anything, I just throw some tomato and spinach sauce from a jar onto it and it is delish.

Pasta is definite hit in our home...My personal favorite is crock pot lasagna, I add tofu, wheat germ and lots of veggies.
