Do you go on Facebook? If so do you follow food sites/blogs, etc? I follow A LOT and a lot are not vegetarian, but baking or veg friendly. I can produce a FB roll call later

I've never thought about checking out food stuff on FB. I use mainly Epicurious and a couple vegetarian/vegan blogs. If a recipe isn't vegetarian and I want it to be I can usually change it easily.

I follow-
fat free vegan
isa chandra mosqowitz/ PPK
vegan dad
vegan yum yum
vegnews
family kitchen (not veg, but a lot of veg recipes)
america's test kitchen
homemade baby food recipes.com
weelicious

and i am sure a bunch more i cannot think of

Family kitchen is really good and they post a lot, a lot of it is sweets, but good stuff, and that is where i found the enchilada recipe.

I was following a page last week called Diethood but NONE of the recipes were healthy, they were actually anything but, i was really confused and unliked the page.

My all time favorite is Peas and Thank You

If I am cooking then I will usually omit the items we don't eat and substitute fakey things. Baking is different I generally stick to tested recipes
