i froze the chunks of two giant mangoes and a pint of raspberries and blended them in my vitamix with plain yogurt and some sugar (i modified a strawberry recipe from the vitamix book) and froze it and it was soooooooooooo good...you do have to let it sit at room temp for about 10 mins before you scoop it or it's too hard, but it's worth the wait. delicious!!
i'm going to try again this weekend with some strawberries and blueberries i froze.
