hi everyone!

I'm Sharron, and I am a vegetarian mommy though very rarely make it over here!! My partner is also vegetarian, but my mum and son are not.

For Christmas dinner, I want to make a roast dinner, so we can have all the same potatoes and veggies, but Mum and Daniel (and anyone else we end up inviting) will have a small turkey, and for me and Shaun I'd like to do a home-made nut roast.

Does anyone have a recipe they have actually road-tested which is really nice? The more dairy-free it is the better because I have a dairy intolerance...there particularly must not be any cream or cheese in the recipe.

Thanks in advance for any help!

well it's hard to describe really. It's like meatloaf as you would say in the US I guess, but with nuts and usually shredded root vegetables, though I'm not sure what you bind them with and that's one of the things I want to find out.
