What are you favorite Christmas cookies? I am having a cookie exchange party next Sunday and am sooooo excited. I recently purchased a cookie press and made spritz cookies last night, so easy. Not healthy and not vegan, but soooo easy. I think I am also going to make chocolate peppermint sandwich cookies for the party.

yes it happened and it was a total blast. Unfortuantely there were no really interesting cookies. Everything was delicious but nothing out of the ordinary except one friend made gluten free cookies out of almond paste that were quite tasty. I made three cookies-- spritz, a chocolate sandwich cookie with a peppermint filling and a danish cookie with jam and glaze. Everything else was pretty ordinary, though yummy- choc chip, white choc chip, peanut butter blossoms (hershey kiss in middle), biscotti, ginger snaps, more spritz cookies, snowballs.
