which is your favorite?
i decided to try this recipe yesterday, but i wanted to make some variations.
i used ghiradelli chocolate and for toppings i used apricots, dried cherries and almonds.
i also added half a teaspoon of ground indonesian cinnamon to the melted chocolate.
it's delicious!! i might make some white chocolate peppermint bark later too.
I buy vegan chocolate chips at the natural food store. Anywho, I am making peppermint bark for DD's teachers at preschool. I will melt one layer of chocolate, top with a layer of white chocolate, then sprinkle mint Andes candies on top. I may put a little mint extract in the white chocolate. I made a candy corn bark for Halloween which everyone LOVED!
