Yes you read that right! I found a recipe on pinterest and veganized it and it was AWESOME and DD gobbled up THREE portions!
I steamed a head of cauliflower, then pureed it with a little veganrella mozzerella cheeze. Then i stirred in some spices (oregano, garlic, basil, salt) and some bread crumbs. I patted it into a greased sheet pan and baked it at 450 for 15-20 minutes, then i spread sauce and cheeze on and baked it until the crust hardened up. I think i may have made it too thin and not baked long enough, but it was delicious and DD gobbled it up. Will make it again next week.
yeah, i would even mix some flour in it in the future. it reminded me that when DD was little (1yr old) i made a sweet potato pizza using a mashed sweet potato mixed with wheat flour to make the dough!!!
