Anyone have any new year's resolutions with food? Eat cleaner? Go vegetarian? lose weight?
I have put on about 10 lbs since the summer and would really like to reverse that AND SOME. I am using an iPhone app called Lose It! which logs my calories and exercise. It is so much easier and enjoyable to put the weight on
i would like to lose the 20lbs that have been lingering after my pregnancy. it's going to be hard since i barely have any time to exercise and let's face it. i eat like a 1lb of chocolate a week.
it's amazing i haven't gained weight, but i think breastfeeding might be helping keep me stable!
so ...to lose 10lbs by 3/31 would be my first goal. and to cut back on the chocolate which is going to be hard!
