last week we did the tempeh tacos from peas and thank you and i loved the marinade with the adobo chiles..so spicy and delicious...i made a traditional nicaraguan cabbage salad to top them with.
tomorrow night i'm going to do the teriyaki tofu with brown rice.
i have no idea what's going to happen the rest of the week.

the teriyaki tofu was good, but mine wasn't crisping up! i usually coat the tofu with cornstarch and then fry it in a healthy oil and it always comes out crispy, but this recipe called for the broiler. i wonder what i did wrong. flavor was good tho.
