i try to be good about this, but i admit i was better about it before carlos came along. now i forget or dont have time to make things with extra omegas. i'm considering a flax capsule to add to my regime.
i do a lot of cooking with oils and i do use a lot of grapeseed oil.
i also take dha daily and drink juices with added dha rich greens. i want to find a recipe for some sort of chocolate muffin that isn't too terrible for me that i can add ground flax to.
how do you get your omegas?
We def. don't have an issue in this department. I eat an avocado a day, flax or chia on oatmeal, in all baked goods, on sandwiches, etc.... I took a flax capsule for a while but realized I don't really need it with the dietary sources I use daily. We also add walnuts or pecans to almost everything.
