Have you ever used these? I have used them as a binder in recipes like loaves and veggie burgers, but i made a baked quinoa recipe i saw on pinterest, kinda like a baked oatmeal, but the texture is just wayyyy too mushy for me.
hm...no..i've never tried the flakes.
i should be on the lookout for them. seems way more nutrient rich than adding bread crumbs to veggie loaf.
but speaking of quinoa... i just got some tricolored stuff from bolivia that's pretty delicious. 5$ for a small bag, but then i remember how that stuff just expands and blows up, so it was worth it.
