came out pretty good except i would definitely switch to arborio rice next time.
the jasmine doesn't burst well enough for rice pudding texture. but it's a fast-i'm-craving-rice-pudding-recipe.
i did not add almonds. i added raisins while the milk was cooking the rice and i add cinnamon sticks to the milk as well as it cooks.
