We had a few different things, this week past,
Monday: sesame tofu stir fry
Tuesday: spinach and ricotta cannelloni
Wednesday: mushroom risotto
Thursday: blue cheese and onion flan with an avocado salad
Friday: chickpea patties with fried mushrooms and salad
Tonight im cooking a moroccan tagine with cous cous
