i'm curious, how much flax is safe during nursing. i used to take it daily before pregnancy and havent had tons since..i have read some mixed things. is there something that's considered more breastfeeding safe? i feel like i'm drying out all over the place. i need more omegas! does chia have the same benefits? i really should read up more about omegas. i thought i knew more about this topic.
(i thought about posting this in the breastfeeding forum, but i knew meredith would probably be the only one replying to me there and since she's here too, i thought it would be better to ask here with the vegetarians/vegans! )
