when we lived in the DC metro area, it was so easy to find good jerk seasoning. i think i know a place i can get some here, i just hope it tastes as good! going to have to trek out to this place to find some before i can make this.

HMMM ok i just made the marinade for these..and i gotta say. i'm not super impressed with the flavor. i dont see why the jerk even needs tamari or sesame oil.


the pesto recipe looks good, but we'll see tomorrow!!

i made a few recipes that just looked sooooo good but just were lame, there was a general tsao's tofu and a sweet and sour cauliflower, both were just meh.
