do you have to "hide" additional nutritional foods into certain things you prepare to get you LO to eat them or to get their vitamins?


carlos is still learning to eat so this isn't really hiding, but to give him extra iron for example, i pureed his sweet potatoes today with soft tofu. he'll eat tofu in miso soup just fine, but he doesn't like it plain without flavor so far...but who really does?

DD will eat plain tofu, as i cut it up to cook, she sneaks some off the cutting board! LOL. go figure

i generally do not need to do this with DD, she is a pretty good eater. when they were worried about her weight when she was sick this winter, i did put flax oil in everything.
