ok, so i discovered carlos LOVES miso soup and the tofu i put in it..even the seaweed...i've also been adding peas and he devours them also.
i want to branch off of this because so far he hasn't liked anything this much..
any other tofu recipes you can recommend for baby?


(i also discovered he loves the tamago sushi i like to eat, but this has sugar, so i'm not sure if i would feed this to him more than going for sushi)

i make tofu sticks/nuggets by cutting the tofu into nuggets/strips and dip it in a mixture of mustard and veganaise then panko and bake it. she loves it! i also just stir fry it in a little EVOO and soy sauce or shoyu.
