Sorry I was MIA, i had a race away this weekend and got so caught up i never posted a head's up Anywho, it is DD's birthday party this weekend so i have a lot of cooking to do. I am still trying to figure out what to serve. I have got the cake and cupcake recipes picked, as well as frosting. I bought a TON of powdered sugar last night too
I was thinking:
brown rice salad
curry and rice (not spicy)
chips and dip
veggies and dip
and then i have no idea. maybe a quinoa salad, but is that too much "salad" stuff? DH was thinking about making turkey sandwiches for people. Probably around 9 kids and 15 adults
