Thanks for the invite! Im not on pinterest. I usually dont have much time for the computer so when I do, its usually JM or facebook.
So far we have confirmed dairy allergy, almonds and several environmental. We tried almond yogurt and he developed hives, so my ped has suggested we stay away from all nuts, until hes over 2.
Yesterday I made him some pasta sauce. Tomato, grated carrots and zucchini, basil, oregano, onion, garlic, olive oil and a little brown sugar. I mixed with tiny bowtie pasta. He loves it! Just enough tang to make it yummy for me as well. lol
I love cooking, especially for him so toss any ideas at me. Big or small, Id love some ideas. Especially for beans, and lentils. Im at a loss how to make them appetizing!

i would just give DD canned beans (rinsed) as finger food! LOL. You can mash them into quesadillas with the daiya cheese and bake it.
