I posted this in Nov. due date club but you guys are probably more likely to have
the inside track. I heard somewhere that eating peanuts and peanut butter will
increase the likelihood of your baby having peanut allergies. With a recent adversion to eggs and fish (they give me the Heebie Jeebies) I am looking to nuts
and seeds often for protein.

Try almond butter. My favorite sandwich these days is an Almond Butter and Organic Strawberry Jam on Whole Grain Bread. It's the yummiest!

Really? I thought that only women with a history of nut allergies should avoid it during pregnancy.

I have heard that too. I am a big peanut butter fan, but I have tried to keep my intake relatively low.

I have lots of peanut allergies in my family, so I kept my intake REALLY low while pregnant and B/Fing. Now Me and my DD eat almond butter until she's a little older to try peanuts.
