ok good read have not read all but will go back and finish.Now the tofu is soy right?It seem that a lot of meals use it.So if you ate it two times a day.Is that to much?The other thing is raw milk wats the deal?I mean I heard a lot about it but do vegetarians eat that or each his own.Thanks going back to read now.

yes, tofu is soy, as is edamame and tempeh, they are all soy products. Eating it a few times a day is fine, please read the article!!!!!

As far as milk, we do not drink milk, but raw milk drinkers think that the pastuerization of the milk ruins a lot of the positive qualities of the milk.

We drink either almond or soy milk here. DS is on chocolate almond milk, and DH and I drink organic vanilla soy milk with our coffee and cereal. We dont usually just drink milk on its own.
