we got our first garden veggie and it is a summer squash. admittedly, this is my least favorite veg in our garden. I go wild about zucchini, but not so much yellow summer squash. I like it, but i loooove zucchini! LOL. any good recipes? I found a couple on pinterest but not very healthy looking.
