veggies dipped in hummus? i would steam carrots when she was younger so she could chew them easily.
oatmeal bars/granola bars? how about chickpea blondies? I think the recipe was on chocolate covered Katie (vegan). or are you looking for meal things? i just found plain beans were good for finger food, you can do beans and a fussili pasta.
i tried white beans and chick peas and he will occasionally eat a few...he's such a grazer! i'm hoping to find something that has more nutrition in a smaller portion since he eats like a bird...unless berries are involved...then he'll eat a billion berries in one sitting.
i'll check out chick pea blondies. he ate potato sticks yesterday. he had never showed interest before. i bought him some organic frozen sweet potato sticks so we'll see if he'll eat those today!
