One of my favorite foods. I made the quinoa sweet potato chili this week, so yum. I also just like to cut and roast them. Do you ever eat them?

I used to never want to eat sweet potatoes when my mother would make them mashed (mixed with regular potatoes... it was a weird texture), but now that I've moved out, I am making my own recipes and I loooove them! Oven baked, mashed with cinnamon, etc.

Looovvee them! I have eaten them even on a pizza with spices....I never realize how great things taste without meat. When you subtract the meat favor from things they are so more rich in flavor.I make french fries and a breakfast shake also...they are so good as tots too

i do not like them sweet, but i do love them savory.

i have also made sweet potato pizza for DD when she was just starting with solids (like 12-24 months old) where i mixed mashed sweet potato with whole wheat flour to make the dough, it was really good!
