Quinoa paella tonight, lentil kofta curry again this week per DH's request, brown rice salad for lunches, cinnamon swirl banana bread just came out of the oven. DD wanted a cauliflower from the market, so millet cauliflower patties maybe or just roast it. I have a bunch of cauliflower pinned on pinterest, so maybe something from there.
