For the week so far I made a vegatable korma curry and tofu beet burgers. DH made a veggie chili for lunch all week. I am making more brown rice salad tomorrow. I also made brown rice pudding, it was the first time i ever had rice pudding, it was beyond yummy! i made a recipe from pinterest with coconut milk.

man, i made a rice pudding last week i'd never had and it was awful. i'm still searching for the perfect recipe, i like to try a new one every few months.
saturday night i did a fatfreevegan bean/cabbage/potato soup/stew thing. it was pretty good, but i think it needed more seasonings..not just more of each one, but i think it needed more depth of flavor. i would try again and modify more.
last night was leftovers/fend for yourself night. (carlos had tortellni)
the rest of the week is a mystery. i better start thinking about it. i still have tons of CSA veggies left and we pick up the new batch tomorrow!! i might have to shove a bunch of stuff in the slow cooker and go for another soup/stew.

Nothing! I am too exhausted to cook anything. It's been leftovers and take out for a few days... yeah yeah I know. Sucky unhealthy meals!

you are allowed at 39 weeks pregnant my good friend is 36 weeks and i bring her lunch 1-2 times a week.

The rice pudding recipe was 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 can of coconut milk (i used lite) and 1.5 cups of plain non dairy milk. I added a dash of vanilla and some brown rice syrup and it was just perfect and sweet and delicious. It simmered for an hour.
