just curious. i've been looking at whole food vitamins to get an idea for when carlos is 2.
i cant seem to find a non fish derived vegetarian dha for toddlers. it looks like spectrum organics had one but it's out of stock everywhere.

these are the ones she takes. we have tried several brands and this is the only one she will eat and the dentist said absolutely no gummy vites.

thanks for checking.

my dental hygienist said even after all of the flossing and brushing of her older boy's teeth, he still came back with 9 cavities at age 6! she said he eats tons of chewy candies when he gets to eat candies and this really didn't help. i think your dentist is on to something. i'm going to try to avoid gummies.

yep not gummies or gimmy vites, no fruit roll ups, she said organic/natural did not make a difference.
