What are YOU making for Thanksgiving (if you celebrate US Thanksgiving, otherwise, what are you cooking?)??

I think i am making the shepards pie from fat free vegan, the brownie pumpkin pie from ppk, and vegetarian stuffing. I have to bring a veggie platter too

it's just the three of us for thanksgiving but we're making enough food to last all weekend so we can just relax and not worry about dinners... we're making a quorn roast with roasted beets and turnips (taking advantage of those last few CSA weeks), a butternut squash mac and cheese, a very typical green bean casserole, some kind of sweet potato something. for dessert, pumpkin pie bars.
oh and every thanksgiving i make a sour cream veggie dip for veggies and sourdough. i feel bad mentioning any of this stuff since you guys are vegan.

i bought a veggie tray at Costco today because i can only make so much food! It has regular dip and i will eat it. I am vegan only for health reasons (vegetarian for health, moral, ethical, environmental, etc reasons) so i am not 100% strict.

I don't celebrate this holiday because I hate everything it evolved from.. but I do love the variety of vegan "roasts".. I love the field roast & gardein roast with the stuffing inside.. those are my fav. I might buy a few for the freezer since they'll be gone after the "holiday" season.
