all he wants to eat are fruits and vegetables which is awesome since a lot of kids wont touch them, but it's a challenge to get him to eat starches unless it's in the form of udon noodles lately!
any starch favorites your little ones like?

yah we eat those, but he's only into things he can pick up or stab with his fork. no spoons or me feeding him. and surprisingly, he doesn't really want to eat breads.

the past few days he's pretty much all fruits and veggies..and still with the udon noodles!
