I love pad thai!

I guess I will put my week's ideas in this thread then, instead of starting a new one

i made gnudi balls last night, which were balls of crumbled tofu, spinach, nutritional yeast and seasonings. I baked them. They were a success with DD, she loved them especially since i told her nude means naked, LOL. I think I am going to make lentil tacos tonight.
