darn. i have everything but the tahini. this sounds good.
last night i took some multigrain pizza dough i bought at whole foods and then made a white cannelinni bean hummus....i put that on the dough with satueed veggies and sun dried tomato pesto. sounds weird but it was pretty good. we ate it with a huge mixed greens salad.
i have like a billion carrots i need to do something with. any ideas?
i used this recipe to make my own variation last night. i wanted a chickpea nugget that was more nutritious. i used mushrooms, scallions, yellow onion, zucchini and carrot along with the chickpeas and quinoa flakes as a base.
i know a lot of you guys dont eat eggs tho so i dont know what your binder would be. maybe this should be vegan mommies instead of vegetarian mommies
anyway, i used my own seasonings also. they were really moist and good. carlos ate them up compared to the nuggets i made a few weeks back. these were a hit.
