I have not thought about our menu yet this week. I have a bad cold (a cold on top of my old cold! ***?) and need to start getting my shopping list together. We have no tv, so no super bowl for us, not that i care. Well, we have a tv, just only watch netflix, no cable or network channels.

i'm making veggie chili today...and home made guacamole. i did cheat and buy some corn bread at whole foods, but i really love their corn bread. it's so moist.
i have no idea what's on the menu for the rest of the week, but i might cook some wild rice in the cooker today so i can make a rice quiche tomorrow.
i also want to do something with quinoa, but i need it to be something carlos can stab with his fork or pick up with his hands...nothing runny or mushy. something firm. any ideas??

you make a quinoa burger. FFV has a great one with eggplant. That is all i can think of off the top of my head.

I love cornbread. It is so easy to make, silly!

I just put a stromboli in the oven... smelling good already, just hope the top dough doesn't down too quickly before the inside dough is done! Gonna cover with foil for a bit

Well I hid onions, zucchini, red pepper and tomato in the soup. And Samuel ate it all! lol
