We had my brother and his family over for lunch, visiting from out of town. My SIL is celiac and gluten free. Oy! I made sweet potato falafels for the adults (and kids) and tofu sticks for the kids coated in veganaise and dijon and dipped in panko and baked. I also made a moroccan inspired quinoa salad.
