Breakfast!

I have no idea for the rest of the week. I am traveling Fri-Mon, so it is a short week for me and DH and DD are gonna have to fend for themselves

i used that slow cooker book and we made a layered tamale pie and it was actually pretty good...the seasonings were not lacking which was surprising.
today i'm going to make the farm stand stew out of there. i'm doing slow cooker meals probably all week this week for time purposes.

is the millet casserole on your pinterest? what did you redo?

I'm pretty burnt out after cooking Easter dinner...but it was fun! http://veganlearner.blogspot.com/201...ter-feast.html

Still trying to rally myself to go to the store for the week's produce so I can make a smoothie...lol.

The millet casserole is on my pinterest under kids food, i would replace the chickpea flour with WW or white flour. It was so overpowering with it's bitterness I doubled the millet too. Thanks for sharing Mandy!
