So we had the party today, i am done cooking for the week brown rice salad, pasta salad, southwestern quinoa salad, 3 layer cake and 2 kinds of cupcakes. And a huge fruit salad and PB&J cut out like Micky Mouse As was the watermelon.




The three layer, strawberry, choc, vanilla cake!

I made Sweet potato quinoa chili for dinner last night as well as homemade french bread, which surprisingly wa easy and tasty.

I bought beets yesterday... I need a good easy recipe for picky eaters (Samuel) and a BLW/finger food starter (Elijah). And something both Moe and I will enjoy too... Thoughts? Ideas?

those cupcakes are so cute! the cake looks really yummy too. are the desserts vegan? i have not yet tried a vegan cake.

everything was vegan except the chocolate melts used for the minnie mouse ears. The bows were melted vegan white chocolate that i put into candy molds.
