we have pretty much given up on making dinners. Everyone kind of eats what they feel like having instead of one big meal. for example, yesterday I had a giant salad, DH had quinoa/bean/veggie bowl, kids ate fruit, corn and mac&cheese.
Today Im not sure what DH ate. I had brown rice/veggie stir fry. One kid had brown rice and corn a piece of fruit and a glass of chocolate milk. The other kid had corn, blueberries, cheese and cheerios.
no idea what we are having the rest of the week. We just have the kitchen stocked with foods that we like and are healthy and we toss together what we feel like eating.
