I've been struggling recently with going back to vegetarianism or not. I'm not quite sure what to do. I know that my body does not operate well on lots of meat. But I'm not sure about complete vegetarianism...I mean I know the benefits and all, but I still have thoughts about getting adequate amounts of protein, especially because I lift weights, and I don't want to use powders. I really want to be vegetarian, but I'm just not sure.
Any advice, ideas or encouragement? I think I need to talk this out a bit.
I get alot of protein from cheese, nuts, pulses, eggs, pasta etc..
I do find that one of the issues I have Is that I do get anaemic quite often, If I feel myself getting tired though I start taking Iron
