Good morning! Thanksgiving in the US this week. So much to do, so little time. I am making food for the vegetarian's in DD's class this week for their feast. I figure if i was making one for DD, i may as make them for the other two.
I will have to report back with what i decide to make. Definitely a pumpkin pie, going to track down some gluten free graham crackers today.
Today is bubble 'n squeak (pan fried potatoes and cabbage with red lentils), tomorrow is Thanksgiving Lite and I've got enough tofu for lasagna and my favourite vegan mac 'n cheez when we finish off the Thanksgiving Lite leftovers, which will probably be Thanksgiving, knowing my sons.
