well, it wasnt mothers day here ( ours is in March), but yesterday I had scrambled eggs and mushrooms for breakfast, sandwich for lunch and dinner was homemade beanburgers, salad and a baked pototo - very boring LOL

The boys took me to our favorite chinese place and we had our usual, Homestyle tofu and veggies. It was super yummy!
