Well, lately I have been eating a lot of salad. I also go through periods of time where I eat tons of homemade vegetable soup (for greens it contains broccoli and Kale). I know I should eat more than I do though...
Probably not as much as I should. I aim for everyday but usually every 2nd day. BUT I always make sure DD eats some everyday. The problem is that I'm allergic to brocolli and it DH and DD's favorite so I make it for them and not always make a subsitute for myself.
